Charity Cycle raised £3,100 for Cornwall Leukemia Trust

Two A&P Falmouth employees, Steve Williams & Richard Hodges have completed their John O’Groats to Land’s End charity cycle in aid of Cornwall Leukemia Trust at Treliske Hospital, Truro.

Steve, a steelworker, and Richard, an electrician, took 9 days to complete the Cycle in which they encountered torrential rain and high winds.  Although Richard injured his knee on day three, both cyclists, with their back up team of Rob Durrant and Patrick Williams, completed the 894-mile trip and raised over £3,100 for their chosen charity.

A&P Falmouth sponsored the team by providing the back-up vehicle and fuel for the trip.
