Falmouth has 34 cruise calls already confirmed in 2013, including a visit from The World in July.
The World (Residences at Sea) is infact not a cruise ship. It is the largest privately owned residential yacht on earth. Every home onboard is fully owned by a Resident, and the Residents own the ship. The average age onboard is 64, with 35% under 50, and the community is comprised of 130 families from 19 countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America and South Africa.
The World continuously circumnavigates the globe on an itinerary selected by the Resident community through a voting process. Falmouth is therefore naturally delighted that the Residents have voted to return again, following their successful visit in 2011.
