A&P North East have once again shown that Health & Safety is a top priority for their sites on the Tyne and Tees Rivers. As part of an incentive scheme for the workforce which allows staff to raise any concerns/improvements, A&P have also used this to raise money for charity. Each ACCE card (Accident, Control, Care of Environment) that is filled in equates to a cash amount. This is added up over the month. At random one card is picked from the hat which means a cash prize for the lucky winner and also a donation to a charity of their choice.

Managing Director, Darren Brown commented, “The commitment to HSEQ at A&P shown by our workforce is first class. We have an excellent, experienced team working hard but critically in a safe, efficient manner. Time and time again our team have proven by completing tasks in a safe manner, with care to our environment and right first time is the most cost effective, efficient and safe way of working.

Not only is it of benefit to A&P but to our clients and of course now these well deserving charities chosen by the workforce”.

The below are just some of the charities that have benefitted from the scheme.
